Jack Schuler is Managing Partner and Senior Trial Lawyer in the firm. Mr. Schuler graduated in 1979 from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, where he was Associate Editor of the Southwestern University Law Review. Mr. Schuler worked for 10 years with LaFollette, Johnson, DeHaas & Fesler, where he obtained numerous defense verdicts in representation of heath care providers including hospitals, clinics, physicians, and nursing personnel. In 1990, Mr. Schuler was recruited to be the managing partner of the Los Angeles branch office of Erickson, Arbuthnot, Brown, Kilduff & Day, a multi-office California civil litigation firm, where he continued to represent defense interests in professional matters.

Mr. Schuler is a trial specialist, certified by the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has obtained numerous favorable verdicts in trials involving personal injury, wrongful death, real estate matters, environmental matters, products liability, business disputes and intellectual property disputes.

Mike Brown is a partner in the firm. In 1974 Mr. Brown graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Over a 35 year legal career, his practice has primarily focused on defending cases of professional liability in the fields of medical negligence, legal malpractice and real estate errors & omissions. Other areas of specialization include automobile, premises, and general liability.

Mr. Brown maintains an active trial practice having completed over 50 Superior Court trials. He is a trial specialist certified by the American Board of Trial Advocates and is on the faculty of the ABOTA Trial School.

Tina Javaherian is a partner in the firm.  She obtained a
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California Los
Angeles and received her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine
University School of Law.  She was a member of the Pepperdine
University Law Review, for which she authored a published article.
Ms. Javaherian has also obtained a Certificate in Dispute Resolution
from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of West Los Angeles.

Ms. Javaherian represents doctors, medical facilities and government entities in medical malpractice cases. She also represents private and public entities as well as individuals in labor and employment matters. She specializes in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and appellate practice.

Irina Rosenberg is a partner in the firm. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of California Los Angeles in 2008. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2012. While attending Pepperdine University School of law, she was a member of the Honor's Negotiation Competition Team. Ms. Rosenberg has also obtained a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Rosenberg represents private sector businesses, government entities, and individuals in both business and labor and employment matters.
